Meet Kona

Kona was born on December 20, 2013 along with four other Siamese babies. Roy found a breeder in Elizabethtown and told me on my birthday that he had gone and picked one out. We had to wait until he was 10 weeks old so we got him on March 2nd. He is a ball of pure energy! I've been calling him Be-be because he is so tiny and cries like a baby. I'm not sure why I came up with the name Kona but maybe it's because I've always got Hawaii on my mind. But I usually call my cats all kinds of different names as time goes by so he'll have many.

Kona is a lilac point Siamese just like Sativa Bear - a young cat I previously had that sadly passed away in June of 2012. I wasn't expecting to get any more cats for a while but I think Roy has become a Siamese lover. I don't think he was quite prepared for how much energy kittens have. Our other 6- and 14-year old cats are quite lazy. I think it'll be good for them to chase the little one around for exercise.

He's getting bigger day by day and he runs bat shit crazy from one end of the house to the other.  He runs up my leg like he's climbing a tree and it hurts! I have multiple scratch wounds on my hands from playing with him - he'll pounce on anything that moves. He's lucky he's cute!
